Triggering "survey sent" on survey API mode but posthog keep sending it through getActiveSurveys()

Hello,

We have set up a survey via API, and when we call the dismissed or sent method, the getActiveMatchingSurvey function still returns the survey for the user, even after a day since the event was sent. The event was indeed sent, as we can find it among the received events in "Activity," and we can also see the results in the survey section.
