I have downloaded the latest ipacheck version and now get this new error:

Thanks for reaching out.

The current version of the DMS now requires the installation of ipahelper package. You can do this by running ipacheck update after the initial installation or running the command net install ipahelper, all replace from("https://raw.githubusercontent.com/PovertyAction/ipahelper/main")
