Enhanced Quarto Report Template

As part of the template, we want to enhance the layout and functionality of the analysis_report

• Set up/modify the quarto markdown template in the ipa-stata-template to loosely follow the structure from the LFTU cohort 1 report, but make it generic so that it reads tables and figures as well as has examples of equations, etc. written in Quarto Markdown.

• Migrate that template to G2R repository and set up scaffolding to integrate analysis outputs
• Integrate analysis outputs from G2R code
• Once we feel good about the structure, we write a Claude skill that helps to draft (as in set up the scaffolding) the report using the quarto template and inputs.

@kellymontano - I assigned this issue to you. Please work with @wizarthh to enhance the Quarto report template.

@gitlastoni can add you or Victor to the G2R repository when ready to move the template report to the project repo and integrate analysis outputs that Lasse and @dmartinezIPA are working on.

My suggestion is to use MS Word as the primary output format: https://quarto.org/docs/output-formats/ms-word.html, but we should also include output format as html and typst for more general application. I don't recommend using PDF at this point since that requires more complex set up with LaTeX.

For Word reports, consider adapting the template from the draft report (linked above) with https://quarto.org/docs/output-formats/ms-word-templates.html.

And Lasse mentioned that we do not need to integrate equations at this point for the G2R report. Let's just focus on the graphs, tables and contents structure that follows the report template.
