Duplicate Parts and Nodes

You say in the KSP forum thread you're waiting on some updates before your next release.

Maybe you could use that opportunity to look into this: There are several parts in multiple places, and even tech node titles and descriptions that appear more than once.
You can get a rough idea by running
$ sort KSP/GameData/ETT/EngTechTree.cfg | uniq --count --repeated

ETT_duplicates.txt

[GrubbyZebra]

Looked at the text file and see several parts that are duplicated (likely because of the specific mod part configs), but no duplicated nodes.

Keep in mind a node is identified with "id =". The parameter "parentID = " creates node dependencies and it is common to see the same node in multiple dependencies.

The reused descriptions appear to mostly be the placeholder "WIP".
