Provide a way to submit a new trained Land Use Change (LUC) predictor. The model could be:

a serialized file
an HTTP or gRPC API
a python file or jupyter notebook

The question to answer is: how can a volunteer submit a new predictor model that can be

compared with other models
and used in the LUC demo?
