How to get the average mean/std wind flow field and force field? #273

Dear Moritz,
I am working on a case for an urban wind flow field, but I noticed that the introduction only mentioned that the wind field and force data at each step can be read and stored. However, this is a very memory-intensive process, so I would like to know if it is possible to only output the time-averaged wind flow field and variance in the entire case?
