Pythia Outreach: Groups to include

As discussed last week, as we begin to promote Project Pythia, let's collect a list of organizations that we should reach out to in order to make them aware of the project and invite their participation or at least request that they pass along posts/articles/notebooks/videos/etc. that our project releases.

Ultimately a single document might be best to hold this list, perhaps in a spreadsheet format that would include the group's website, email address, key people, to name a few, but for now I'll mention just the names of the entities:
