Great to come across this community effort (from your tweet). I will provide some suggestions on specific pages. You may want to consider a crisper title for this book/resource. As we all know paper/book/package titles are important (for understandng e.g. clarity of purpose/content and for communication e.g. have you seen x). There are many great book examples including classics like Wes' Python for Data Analysis and Jake's Python Data Science Handbook, to other excellent resources including Robin et al's Geocompution with R and Hadley's long list of books including R for Data Science. I am not planning on providing further responses on this point. P.S. I am not suggesting this community learning resouce should be an O'Reilly book or as extensive as some of these (see my next discussion point).
