Start displaying "Seizable UBI" profiles

"removed" profiles, due to privacy concerns, are no longer displayed in the list of profiles since issue #130 was resolved.

As an unintended consequence, users can no longer easily 'seize UBI'. In the circumstance that profiles are removed after they start accruing $ubi, someone can claim the removed profile's $ubi and stop the stream.

Seizing UBI should not be limited to those with technical knowledge to query POH without a UI. To accommodate privacy concerns, 'Seizable UBI' profiles could replace the photo and video of the removed profile with a default avatar / icon (eg. POH assets like this).
