Update README with missing steps to complete setting up development environment #85
Description
The current README listed for this project is missing some steps, for those trying to set up this project on a local environment for development. This may be a hindrance to some contributors who are trying to get this project working.
Some of the missing steps include:
- Creating the environment variables
- Seeding the database
- Some dependencies too seem to be missing from the initial setup
I propose the README be updated with the updated setup steps.
