TODO – Machinekit integration with GCoder

@zhivko just pointed me to his project: https://github.com/zhivko/PipeCutter . – It's a Java GUI for Machinekit. It uses the Machinekit Protobuf bindings, see:

Maybe we can add the machine controller aspect to GCoder later, I'll put it on my TODO list.
