OpenQASM 3 support?

I was curious if this is on the roadmap, since it appears currently only OpenQASM 2 is supported. For operations like if_else and more advanced classical control flow, it would be nice to have OpenQASM 3 support :)

I know you mentioned in another discussion that you do have mid-circuit measurement support, e.g. as demoed here, but it definitely makes things easier when you can use a single format to define these things in your circuits.
