Can't load contact

Hi, Support team.

I am using Q-municate ios app.
But I am facing one issue now.
When I login with email and password, it works well.
But after I close app (not logout) and open app again, the dialog lists on chat tab disappears.
How can I solve the issue?
I can edit code myself. 
Please fix the issue and teach me.
