Opened a JIRA defect for Kernel failures.
After HW upgrade, the kernel failures seem to have been fixed.

Now opening defects for a couple of MIOpen failures:

The following tests FAILED:
356 - test_verify_general (Failed)
375 - test_py_3.12_backend (Failed)

Opened a JIRA ticket for the failures. Keeping the issue around for following up on the ticket.
