HBA 无论sata还是sas硬盘，UI里都无法获得固件和序列号，也无法创建存储池

Issue:
如题，通过浪潮3008 HBA卡连接硬盘，通过M2转pcie插HBA卡，硬盘无法创建存储池，如果通过M2转多口sata转接没有问题。
