How to lower/raise a Window with a mouse Button / Shift+Mouse Button

I'd like Mouse Button 4 to lower a Window
Shift + Mouse Button 4 to raise a Window

The first one works, but the second one seems to minimize the Window instead of raising it (although why would it? I haven't setup Shift to do anything in this case, I think, though I also don't thinkg I've set it up to minimize).

I couldn't find anything in the config nor the ini file, but maybe I've missed something
