Not working at all

I don't know why but I think it´s now working at all. I runned it as administrator, selected my options at the end, when i restarted my pc, edge, for example, it´s still on my pc. Even when I clicked to make a restore point, after a restared my pc, i checked my restore points, and was not even there. Can someone help me?
