feat(YouTube): Filter to exclude & include only streams in subscription feed. #2074

To toggle streamed or streaming content in subscription feed.
Issue
YouTube have no way to filter streams for subscription feed as of today.
Patch
I want to see the ability to filter streams. Stream has some distinct text on each entry like streamed # hours ago or the timestamp shows LIVE. This patch should be able to pick streams by both indicator or maybe some other element i have no idea of.
Motivation
I do follow a big number of channel who regularly streams on YouTube, the problem is that they also happen to upload non stream content (regular video upload).
Since YouTube hasn't provided way to filter such content, it becomes hard to keep on track on each content (stream and non stream) since they will be jumbled in the subscription feed altogether.
With this filter, user can easily toggle a button to view one of them at ease.
