Re-add config paramaters #28
Description
All of the original datasets (HIV, yeast-osmotic-stress, ResponseNet reproduction, synthetic PANTHER datasets) came with configuration paramaters that will be useful to add back once HTCondor is integrated. We should leave a comment now to integrate those parameters later.
