Multiple releases during in checking period

Hello!

I've added atom/atom into Releaser for me.

And I received notifications only about beta-releases, although usually stable versions were also released. I didn't understand why. But today I guessed and checked: the difference between the stable release and the next beta-release is about 1 minute, and Releaser notify only about the last release of new releases in its checking-period time.

Can you add notifications for the rest new releases occurred in checking-period time for Releaser, please?

Hi, yeah, I want to make that too, basically upgrade from checking for changes every 30minutes to a much more optimized version using firebase functions... Unfortunatly I don't have to much time to work on this these days, but if you want to submit a pull-request, I would love to merge it :)
