Reboot after Update #1

Every time I try to run the script it just does a system update then reboots the pi without doing any other work.

I think you should do the following replaces:

all grep -c "ok installed")" -eq 0 with grep -c "ok installed")" -eq 1
all "$PM_INSTALL" with $PM_INSTALL without "
