Improve session detail view

Timeline improvements

• return all ticks (one per capture) in a session
• experiment with other plotting & visualization methods (use timeline zoom & crop tools, things that are typical in video/audio editing software)
• add filters to only show processes captures, etc.
• try more features that plotly & charting libraries provide out-of-the-box
• Add hourly weather from https://open-meteo.com/

Settings

• Often gets cut off on small screens
• Need more settings? Choose algorithm when we a session has multiple (detectors only?)
• Pipeline choose gets cut off for long names
• Change heart to a star
• Think about a common component for adding an item to a list (add a capture to a list, add occurrence, add taxa) similar to tags.

Bounding boxes

• Show gray boxes for detected by low confidence results - Done!
• Add controls under selected / hovered bbox. Icons/links to occurrence details, species search, edit, etc.
• Make it clear that you can view an occurrence in the session context, and vice versa
• Think about bbox edit mode

Design

• Don't use dark mode so we can reuse component design from the rest of the app
