Database does not seem to be availabel

Hi! I have tried to download the database mentioned in the instructions, but neither the CLI
wget -O rostlab-data.txz "http://www.rostlab.org/services/ppmi/download_file?format=gzip&file_to_download=db"
nor the manual option worked. The webpage gets stuck at this stage and never populates the link:

Am I missing something?
