New assignment builder: create exercise has no way to indicate stdin input

I don't think the new assignment builder has a way to indicate that a Java program should have stdin standard input and a default input, unless there is a way to do that in the prefix area that I don't know.

Do you mean a small textbox for students to type into? Examples would help as I haven't looked at this in years. thanks.

Also, lets please make sure that things from the past that we have missed are really necessary. There are a lot of features in many of the components that we thought were good ideas, but have never been used more than a couple of times in practice.

Yes, the new AP requirements include the Scanner class now, so we have more active codes with input in csawesome2.
I think Jan and @ascholer also use input in C++ books.

@morozov-av We will need to add an option to activecodes so that the author can specify some input that should go into a text input area. If you inspect the code for the example linked above, you will see how it links together.
