Please keep stable URIs

I saw that some URIs have changed recently and no redirect was maintained. As architecture documentation is referenced and bookmarked frequently maintaining stable links is of utmost importance.

Hi @dermats - thanks for the heads up. Can you share one of those pages that changed? While we reserve the right to change the URL, we have specifically relied on short uid so that names can be changed w/o impacting hyperlinks. In short, we try never to do what you have reported and would appreciate an example to help us close the loop.

Some URI adjustments remain unavoidable in a dynamic platform like ours. The recent ones I recall involve only discontinued features (like cards) or vanity pages now replaced by query/filter functionality, both essential updates to our site.
Additionally, the next milestone will focus more on content, where we will update, merge, or retire some items. URIs will not be maintained in those cases.
