Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues

The Problem

There is a high chance that Vert.x CLI will be removed with Vert.x 5.0.

Desired Solution

We can simply use another CLI library.

Alternative Solutions

No response

Additional Context

This is not urgent, as there is no Vert.x 5 release before end of the year.
