[DynamicPage]: Snap Header buttons disappear when the page zoom is over 100%

Bug Description

The DynamicPage's snap header action, when the page is zoomed to over 100% does not behave consistent to its behavior when the zoom is 100%.
Issue: the Snap Header buttons disappear behind the header when the page zoom is over 100%.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents/components/fiori/DynamicPage/
2. Zoom page to > 150%
3. Use Tab key to navigate focus to the Snap Up header button

4. Press Enter or Space key once to activate the Snap header button and collapse the header

5. Press Enter or Space key again to activate the Snap header button and expand the header

Current Behavior: The snap header action just disappeared behind the header

Expected Behavior: The snap header action NOT to disappear behind the header

Hello colleagues @SAP/ui5-webcomponents-topic-p ,

The reported bug is reproducible in the Playground. When the screen is zoomed more than 150% and the snap header is collapsed, the snap header action buttons are being hidden. It is scrollable, but it is still not user-friendly.

Could you please take over ?
