[SF][Table | A11y]: screen reader does not provide activation instructions to users when table row is selectable

Bug Description

According to A11y's requirement, when Table Row is selectable, and the table row is interactive and can be activated using the Enter or Space key. However, the screen reader does not provide activation instructions to users.
