• should the input event bubble - currently, it doesn't.
• change open/close events of drop-down components to non-bubbling

<ui5-select>

• ? Promote Select's value, remove Option's selected ?

<ui5-split-button>

• rename event arrow-click to arrow-button-click
• rename property activeArrowButton to arrowButtonPressed

Popups

• remove before-open, keep open, before-close and close

As described in issue #10502 the before-open event is not working properly with the current implementation. And furthermore, it is somehow obsolete and maybe not needed.
