Add option to pds_trig_download.py and pds_phase_download.py to save to an output directory #2
Description
pds_trig_download.py and pds_phase_download.py save downloaded files to the current directory. Adding a "--directory" command line argument would allow the user to specify an existing output directory where downloaded files will be saved.
