Don't have separate matrix_solve and matrix_mult classes, have a single class that manages a parallel or serial matrix, which both support multiplication and solving.

We should replace the msi_matrix_type enumeration values. Currently they are MSI_MULTIPLY and MSI_SOLVE, instead they should be MSI_SERIAL and MSI_PARALLEL.
