The dev and master branches currently rely on apfFieldData.h which is a non-public core header.

Further apfFieldData.h requires apfField.h which is also non-public.

I created a branch of core that installs the headers:
https://github.com/SCOREC/core/commits/install_apfField
that at least gives us a 'standard' branch to use.
