Plugin unresponsive after installation #21
Comments
@gitlik can you ensure you don't have a VPN/firewall/Adblocker on? If it works without those on, this is a known issue... If that doesn't do the trick, can you run through these Property Inspector debugging steps & report back here? Thanks! |
Is there a way to whitelist it via adblocker (I use adguard). |
@ThrashinVictim Hm. Not that I know of. It looks like adguard uses EasyList, which strictly blocks Sentry (An error monitoring tool) It's kind of a complicated thing. I'll see what I can do about it for build 4 of V2, which is currently in early access via the Discord. That'll be ~July 15th! |
Can confirm this is a problem. I unblocked sentry-cdn from pfSense/pfBlocker and it mostly works. For a little while. Then it seems to stop again (flashing caution icon for a few seconds on press, or the plugin's UI in the editor shows "Kilo_one" or something error and asks to restart Stream Deck software). Is there some reason it won't work if Sentry can't be reached? |
Hey, @jnozzi! Curious if that's something else. That being said, version 2 is currently in testing via the Discord. It's far more stable if you'd like to give that a chance. Sentry is currently disabled here, too! 😅 |
I can install the plugin and I see the contents. I can change the icon … but that's about it. Links are not clickable, no contents is loaded anywhere.
