Replace System Apps with VitaDeploy on PSTV

PSTV doesn't have the near app on live area (even its exist on vs0). So when we try to replace near with VitaDeploy, nothing happens. Maybe "activate" near again? Or show another system apps to replace (like Parental Control)? Can you add this functionality? Thank you!

Maybe some kind of mini-menu that lets you replace whichever app you want, will think about it

When will this be possible? This is also necessary when modding a Korean PS Vita OLED without a memory card.
Korean PS Vita models have the Near app restricted, which is why this issue occurs.
I modified the Henlo source and ran a local server to forcibly overwrite Near with another app, and used the VitaDeploy VPK from this repository. The app installs successfully, but when I try to launch it, only VitaShell in unsafe mode runs, and VitaDeploy does not execute properly.
I also tried changing the Title ID in param.sfo and vs.sfo, but the result was the same. I have completed all the required steps, including installing HENkaku and other unsafe homebrew, and I have tried multiple times.
I would be extremely grateful for any help. It is somewhat difficult to obtain a memory card here.
