Catalyst support

Support for Catalyst (Intel and M1) could be added, provided 3rd party binaries (comScore and Tag Commander) are packaged correctly with associated binaries.

For the procedure to package 3rd party binaries, which we should forward to our 3rd party providers, see #49 (comment).

Once this has been achieved our libraries can be updated to compile for Catalyst (support for source-based packages is automatic thanks to SPM, only binary packages require the associated XCFramework to provide all required binaries).
