  • The issue that @samussiah reported led to the discussion on how to bring an external package into the safetyGraphics framework, i.e. whether to have the initialization functions included in the user defined config folder, or in Tplyr's case whether to export such an init function from Tplyr. Eli expressed interest to pilot such interface from Tplyr
  • Following Wed's ISG meeting, shared Analysis of Adverse Events #499 discussion topic on using {tidytext} textmining tools to construct a network diagram for analyzing AE clustering and co-occurrence.
