I'm using latest for both -- Sonoma (13.0) and Alfred 5 and it worked out of box (alfred-fkill@0.4.1). Node is installed (v20.5.1) at /opt/homebrew/bin/node.

BTW, node should be found on $PATH by sourcing the zshenv file only: Configure $PATH in ~/.zshenv. Example:

# ~/.zshenv
typeset -gU path
path=("/opt/homebrew/bin/" $path)

The following command should succeed:

env -i zsh -c 'which node'
