indexing .....crashed

during indexing for the 4 selected chromosomes my lab crashed twice.

My Linux system crashed and i can't open my lab .....the VM after indexing be completely full and after it was increased in size took my disk space ....working with dual systems.... trying to solve it

all team members faced technical issues ... during indexing all VM crashed ...so we decided to work a demo project and go back to use chromosome 20 as a reference chr
