Enhancement: automatically hide the Parameter Window

When clicking the taskbar icon, the BatteryNotifier "Parameter Window" opens up.
The suggestion is to automatically close this window when the user click outside this window, like the Windows taskbar icon do (network/sound/battery on Windows 11 for example).
