Unix build is broken

Building for Linux is broken. There are references to a specific version of the autotools and the CMakeLists seem to be broken too.

I have updated the qmake file in projects/qmake, please pull again and try it with qmake.

I do not intend to become an autoconf/automake expert, but if you have a patch, let me know.

as of 2019,
looks like it's still not compilable on a GNU/Linux system:

1. If you just download the source and run autoreconf -i, it will fail with ' is already registered with AC_CONFIG_FILES because...
   ...some files have CR LF as the newline instead of just LF.

If you convert all files:
find . -type f -print0 | xargs -0 dos2unix -k
then it will be possible to run the autoreconf -i and the ./configure --enable-ILU --enable-ILUT

2. But then when you do make it will complain about files not existing:
   log.txt
