Transition to Github

Perhaps the SF webpage could point to the github repo?
I found no reference from the SF page to the github repo until I made a search on Github itself because I couldn't find a history of changes anywhere on SF.
I would also suggest
a) ditching everything SF related and moving to Github. Much better for collaboration, Etc.
b) get the old DevIL SF project and homepage to point here to advertise the transition to ResIL

EDIT I just realized that there was also a seemingly active DevIL repository so now I am confused on the situation of those two forks. https://github.com/DentonW/DevIL/
