Hi @SChetha ,

I just want to let you know that I was able to split out the content from the original README file and move it to a "back page." You can view the refreshed content at https://github.com/ScientificProgrammer/PaylocityCodingChallenge/blob/master/code/Markdown/paylocity_coding_challenge_overview.md. I will reference this content in my soon-to-be redesigned README, which is the first thing the user will see when they visit the main link for the Github repo.

I'm delayed in completing the project because, as we discussed, this task was not planned for in my original time estimates. Recall that, originally, I modified the coding challenge instructions for the data loading exercise based on my original understanding of the data model, which turned out to be incorrect. I'll continue working on clarifying the following issues in my project write-up.

1. An explanation of the challenges with the data model as it was furnished to us.
2. A summary of how I dealt with the challenge of the model as currently designed.
3. A list of my recommendations for how the model can be improved.

In the meantime, please don't hesitate to call or text me if you want to talk.
