textpad-np download URL not valid

Current Behaviour

Running the command "scoop install textpad-np" returns a 404 error:

PS C:\Users\pauls> scoop install nonportable/textpad-np
Installing 'textpad-np' (9.6.1) [64bit] from 'nonportable' bucket
The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
URL https://www.textpad.com/file?path=v9/setupv9.exe is not valid

Expected Behaviour

textpad-np should install without returning errors.

Possible Solution

Nonportable/bucket/textpad-np.json should be edited to reflect correct URL and .exe file name.

Current:
https://www.textpad.com/file?path=v9/setupv9.exe

Suggested new:
https://www.textpad.com/file?path=v9/TextPadSetupV9-x64.exe

Sadly the vendor implemented a captcha to protect against automatic downloads. I could not find any archived version either. The software is now deprecated within scoop. Please check Chocolatey or direct download as alternatives.
