可以尝试按照如下步骤操作

1. 升级 pip

python -m pip install -U pip

2. 安装 scikit-learn

python -m pip install -U scikit-learn

如果还是报之前的错误，可以试试

3. 安装 xmnlp

python -m pip install xmnlp
