Meta Description character count is wrong #13

Summary

The character count for the meta description element is incorrect. It might be an issue when using curly quotes vs. straight quotes.

Preconditions

Meta description consisting of: We're a web and mobile development team based in the Canaries. Team up with us and you’ll discover why the NHS, Barclays and Centrica love working with us.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the Ratify report

Expected Result

The Meta Description test passes because the character count is between 40 and 160.

Actual Result

The Meta Description test fails stating that there are 157 characters. BBEdit counts 155 for the same string.
