Download 0059_H_PULMFON_TAT and build a new model.

Expected behavior

A model should build from the existing segmentations.

Note that there is no data about which segmentations were used to build the model stored in the .mdl file, selecting the Create Model button brings up

so it is unknown how the model in this project was built. I've seen this in several other VMR projects.
