Reproduction

Download the project and build a new model.

Expected behavior

A model should build from the existing segmentations.

When creating the model I don't see warnings in the terminal window.

When creating a model excluding the IMA vessel the following popup is displayed

but SV does not crash.

If I exclude just the SMA vessel then the model builds.

Reducing the size a bit of the segmentation near the aorta surface builds the model.
