Bug Description

When using the auto reload. The recipients need to be in proper case.

Expected Behavior

Send the message to the player even without the proper case from their username.

Steps to Reproduce

auto reload:
	recipients: "limeglass"

But this works

auto reload:
	recipients: "LimeGlass"
