[Feature Request] adding support for .mkv files

Is it possible to add support for .mkv with a FLAC audio? It would be great to do so since there are a lot of people out there that would possibly need something like this. ffmpeg does support mkv and FLAC if I am not mistaken, but when I tried to run open-dubbing I get "2025-05-06 19:24:34,194 - ERROR - Unsupported file format: mkv"
