This branch adds a new plugin to the solarnetwork providing a proof of concept OpenADR 2.0b Virtual End Node. This plugin was tested against the EPRI Virtual Top Node and was able to Opt into demand response events sent by the top node. Currently the only action this mock simulates is the opting into events. This concludes my internship at Greenstage I would like to thank you for this great learning opportunity.
